Starwood’s renowned global brands and loyalty program lie at the heart of their competitive advantage.Serving in a dual role across Operations (Change Management PMO) and IT (Enterprise PMO), I partnered with hotel management and corporate project teams to create greater alignment of solution implementations. My role was to reduce or eliminate conflicts that would otherwise hinder the successful implementation of a given project.My responsibilities included designing and implementing a tool to create greater visibility of implementations planned for any given hotel.
