BookThatStudio is solving for multiple problems in the photography industry. The journey from discovery of the right photographer, to pricing, portfolio, availability, editing, delivery and backup of content has caveats at multiple steps. - Discovery - We solved the discovery problem by finding high quality photographers at pan India level and vetting their profiles with 4 step process. Created a database of more than 500+, pan India.- Pricing - Tied the work to number of hours and number of hours to price per hour. Introduced these variables to customers and then they could easily price their projects and understand change in pricing in case of change of requirements.The team is currently working on fixing the portfolio problem and gathering more and more data on pricing.

- Talocity is B2B SaaS candidate filtering solution, offering bulk hiring technology to corporates for jobs with less prudence and high attrition.- It's product that does days and months worth of recruiters work in hours. Setup assessments, invite candidates and in an hour, you have list of all the candidates with skills specific to that job.- Working with the management to launch a new version built from scratch. Incorporating all the feedback from the Ops and Customer Support to ensure best quality product on feasible timeline.- Coordinating with designers, developers, sales, ops on day to day basis. Writing high quality spec for the dev team and ensuring no one is blocked.

1mg Rapid: a service enrolled out by 1mg in September 2020 where users are provided faster deliveries for a minimal extra charge. Led the analytics part in executing rapid.i) Coordinated with Kolkata on ground operations and tech team to identify areas of improvement and helped push % promise met from 50% to 95%+. ii) Ran various analysis to narrow down on same day delivery cut offs.iii) Ran analysis on scope of rapid expansion via 3rd party logistics for major cities.Splits and cross shipments: Helped reduce splits from 1.27 to 1.15 by identifying particular split causing SKUs and other minor factors. Found a case where allocation logic needed a fixing.Pushbacks - Brought a visibility in pushbacks via data. Helped identify vendors and SKUs that were pushed back the most leading to bad customer experience and increasing operational costs. This led to pushback % being down from 13% to 4%. It had a domino effect on splits as well.Clickpost: Created various metrics for analysis on the 3PL last mile delivery using tableau. Worked closely with the warehouse operations and logistics team in order to improve the overall turnaround time. Inbound operations: Iterated and came out with metrics that showcased the efficiency of various processes at the warehouse. Found irregularities in operations(indicated via efficiency) in the same processes across different warehouses, brought conformance followed by efficiency improvement.Investor reporting: Pulled out various numbers, ran sanity checks for sharing data for due diligence. Tried streamlining a few data points for finance team for reconciliation purposes, that had been long standing pain points in previous investor reporting activities.

Analyse criticalities of blackout situations and restoration of power.DTA Aromatics Shutdown - Planning teamThe system witnessed the biggest shutdown in the history of RIL from mid-April to first week of June. Posted at the location, worked with the planning team bridging the gap between them and on-site tasks while gaining basic experience on P6 primavera. 5th Go kart design challengeLead the team comprising of 25 resolute engineers from diverse disciplines and different batches for the 5th Go kart Design Challenge event held in Coimbatore at the Kari Motor Speedway. 27th rank out of 190 participating teams and 2nd best acceleration in the final line up were the major highlights.

Effi car - 2016Documentation head preparing Business plan, Design reports, Cost reports etc for the event Effi car 2016 (Electric car competition). Testing and troubleshooting of the vehicle before the event where we ended up winning the Best Design Award that was covered by various newspapers and also applauded by various dignitaries for eg. The Chairman, The Director, MD Schneider electric etc.

1) Predispatch quality stabilization of IGNIS during the post launch periodWhenever a new product is launched, sometimes the processes associated to it are new as well which can lead to quality issues new to lack of experience. The prime motive was to eradicate all the quality issues as per complaints received from the dealers and the customers. In less than two months the defects were reduced from 1.71 defects per vehicle to 0.22 per vehicle.2) Loose part in EngineCarrying out the process of engine assembly, there are number of small parts or nut bolts that come into picture. As they are something which aren't counted and kept (being too small), there sometimes lay a possibility of an extra component entering a sensitive area of the engine which could further lead to damage to internal parts and seizing of engine upon its start.We were to inspect all the processes being carried out and identify the possibilities where the loose part could enter and eradicate all such possibilities!!
