• Responsible for recruitment across IBM Research India with in defined TAT/ SLA with focus on managing hiring cost through optimum source utilization.• Cover full lifecycle recruitment for IBM Research India - Campus strategy, Sourcing, Compensation benchmarking, salary negotiation, offer rollout and Onboarding. • Increase hiring through innovative sources, Social media / Business networking & driving employee referrals.• Drive the University Relations activities for Research helping generate new sourcing strategies e.g. – Blue scholar, IRL participation in IBM Virtual Career fair & Joint PhD program with top tech varsities. .

• Handle complete life cycle of recruitment. Understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories for projects. • Prioritization of requirements and strategy layout to be adopted. Preparation of a defined action plan with timelines. • Source, screen and shortlist profiles through internal and external vendors. • Offer negotiation and communication, internal and external. Screen the candidates for technical search and selection assignments.. • Organize and manage walk-in interviews and campus recruitment from reputed institutes. • Build an active real time database -create, update and maintain it through sourcing and networking.

Recruiting the prospective candidates through multiple sources such as Head hunting, Job portals, Data banks, Advertisements, References, etc.•Interaction with Client on a day-to-day basis to keep track of current requirements.•Presenting the requirements to the team members.•To conduct the initial screening and interviews for junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement from the client.•Continuous Head hunt to build a rich talented pool of resumes of various technologies, domain, function and levels.•Scheduling and Facilitating Interviews.•Follow up with the clients on a daily basis to know the interview results/status.•Coordinating with the hiring team with respect to qualifications and salary issues.•Establishing Network with the candidates.•Placing ads on Job Portals for various openings
