-Independently worked on various Project Financing, NPA Financing, Equity Finance and Working Capital Finance Assignments.-Advising Clients on Taxation related matters which included Compliances, Tax Planning etc

Initially conducted various Statutory Audit of Banks & Companies, Stock Audit, Credit Audit.Eventually was transferred into the Project Financing team wherein worked for next 2.5 Years and was responsible for all the Client Facing roles and all the work for Loan Proposals ranging from ₹ 10 Crores to ₹ 500 Crores that included:- Project Financing- Due Diligence- Working Capital Financing (Fund Based & Non-Fund Based)- Term Loans- Export-Import Financing- Debt Syndication- TEV Study- Post Sanction Monitoring & Compliances- Renewal and Review of Credit FacilitiesAs a member of the Project Financing team, was responsible for end to end process of Debt Financing which included:- Understanding the funding need of the Clients- Studying the Business Processes of the Clients- Industry Analysis- Advising Clients on various Funding Options- Discussion with the Lenders- Communication with the Top Level Management of the Client- Introduction of the Borrowers- Making lenders familiar with the business activities of the borrowers- Preparation of Projections of the Business along with all the supporting explanations(CMA Data, Cash Flows, Project Reports etc)- Preparation of all the necessary documents for the Proposal- Statutory Compliances- Post Sanction Compliances etc.Also was the leader of the Project Financing team for various funding proposals ranging from ₹ 30 Crores to ₹ 500 Crores and had a high success rate.As a part of Project Financing Department, worked on Funding Proposal ranging from ₹ 10 Crores to ₹ 500 Crores for various industries that included:- Manufacturing Industry- Retail Sector- Hospitality Industry- Real Estate Sector- Trading- Small & Medium Enterprises- Import-Export Companies- Service Sector- Agriculture
