East Coast

 Ensure brands and standards are adhered to Partner with real estate, store design, experience, retail, operations, and IT teams to develop layouts to meet business goals Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Assist with due diligence real estate assessments – site viability, site specific cost and schedule implications, review lease exhibits and work letters Manage the construction process for new construction, major renovations, minor construction and special projects. Interface with in-house and external architects and construction management firms and contractors as necessary.  Review existing conditions noting utilization, adjacencies, square footages, and utilities and provide design review and support necessary for the proposed project.  Participate in Project Meetings (i.e. planning, scheduling, progress, coordination, constructability, biding and procurement, and construction meetings). Provide Construction and Project Management.  Manage Key contact and external suppliers to deadline and budget Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery Ensure all projects are hitting milestones and on track Keep tight budgetary control Manage project governance Manage and coordinate contractors performing construction and insure projects stay on time and on budget. Track progress of construction and coordinate activities with contractors, plant operations & maintenance, fire safety, hospital police, furniture vendors and end users.  Ensure contractor's compliance with construction documents and contracts, insurances, bonds and ensures that hospital policy and procedures are followed.  Review and approve all invoices and requests for change orders.  Ensure that Close Out of projects including coordinating punch lists with design team are completed.

East Coast

•Develop project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets.•Lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client security, and client technology teams. •Work with cross-functional teams to review design documents & ensure design standards are met. •Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, meeting minutes, punch lists, financial funding requests, budget status reports, and special reports on-time and in accordance with pre-established formats.•Ensure that Service Providers are complying with all state and local regulatory contractor requirements (licensure, permitting, inspection), trade standards, and as well as, Company compliance policies and procedures•All-inclusive project kick-off meetings with team and key participants to ensure tasks are understood by all.•Redline construction drawings to ensure adherence to plan specification while maximizing value for construction dollars•Prepare various RFP’s and follow up on for clear and concise resolutions.
