About Ninad Sathe
I lead the hardware team at Sensel to develop the future of smart haptic surfaces. I focus on the design of new electromechanical structures to showcase our core technology portfolio as well as the mechanical design, testing, system integration, and manufacturability of customer-specific proof-of-concept and mass production projectsDuring my previous tenure as a mechanical design consultant I worked closely with customer teams and their vendors. I spearheaded the mechanical design of many projects ranging from wearables to rack servers, from inception to release – leading the projects through structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, DFM, and eventually supporting mass production through vendors in both the US and Asia.
