About Nina Frape

Having worked in the telecoms industry for over 20 years, I have been lucky enough to meet and work with some incredible peers who have now turned into great friends and/or great contacts. I honestly believe the best part of my job is the people and I can't emphasise enough that Kindness is the most underrated skill in business. Often, especially in sales, it can be "Dog eat Dog", and "everyone out for themselves", although being proudly partnership lead, I will always strive to get the best deal for my customer and my supplier, playing the long game and setting the way for a long and fruitful relationship. Sales can be lonely and pressured, sometimes not feeling part of a team and it can be secretive and everyone protecting their deal or their contacts, even within their own company. Great teams are built on trust. They will grow and flourish on communication. Mistakes will happen. Risks come with the territory. Sharing the successes as well as opportunities lost will allow for change when needed and training on more of what works. Keep it simple........if it works do more of it, if it doesn't...........then stopI am hard working, positive and ambitious. I am proud of my achievements but that doesn't stop me from working on towards bigger growth. I enjoy a challenge and love learning. Every day is a school day!I am always interested in looking at new opportunities and will give anyone the time of day to listen, mentor, advise or learn from. On top of my main business, we launched a revolutionary new grooming product back in 2015, a hair and body oil that can be used all over! The first of its kind in the UK. I am Co-Creator of Bush Oil™, My business partner and I turned an idea from our minds into an actual product and it is getting unprecedented reviews.
