Core-apps develops smartphone application products for use at tradeshows & conferences that improve efficiency, promote products and industries, connect people and raise revenues for all. I worked directly with the clients on getting any and all information that was needed for inclusion in their mobile apps. I worked with the clients on marketing materials, sponsorships, contacting exhibitors and making their app is used and promoted to the fullest extent. In my 1.5 years with Core-apps I have worked on and completed more that 120+ shows. My main tasks were keeping up the relationship with the client, checked and imported data, graphics and maps; organized data for some clients when needed. I worked directly with customers ensuring they are using our product to its fullest potential, making sure they are satisfied and being the liaison between the client and the developers

As an Account Executive at Core-apps I am required to have an expertise in project management, relationship management, and customer satisfaction. Core responsibility involves managing relationships with event organizers, exhibitors, and sponsors for client accounts, managing margin and growth objectives, and being accountable for account satisfaction. Other responsibilities include oversight of Account Managers and hiring of new ones; Leading QA and marketing efforts; Upward managing of development and director of AM; Help drive specific product features; Resolve issues for shows in crisis as well as bug reports; Look for and suggest areas of improvement in the CMS and other tools; be a knowledgeable and reliable resource for all in the company.
