I lead the passionate team at Ausin Real Estate's first retail office, in the fast growing suburb of Williams Landing. My role is to drive the continued growth of the Ausin Real Estate brand, whilst ensuring our impeccable service is kept.I am responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the departments within the Williams Landing office. I communicate performance expectations and support the team by building required competencies, providing feedback, managing behaviours and performance gaps & ensuring all departments are seamlessly working as a unified team. I work closely with developers, our international and local clients to identify projects that’s create growth for the company and implement new ideas and processes to drive this.

As the Head of Property Management Victoria I am responsible for the development of the property management department in Melbourne as well as budget planning whilst leading a property management team of 15, including Senior Property Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Client Relations consultant, Trust accounting and administration staff. During my time at LITTLE I managed a portfolio of 160 and a team of 3 junior property managers and one leasing consultant. Weekly KPI/stat report catch ups, training and mentoring through feedback and meetings. My portfolio duties include, marketing of properties, conducting regular inspections, arrears and maintenance management as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships.

I managed a portfolio of 160 properties. I consistently exceed all company target and KPI’s on a monthly basis. Generate new business from existing landlords. Built great relationships with my clients, customers and tradesmen. Cleaned up an existing portfolio by managing maintenance, arrears, negotiating new leases, rent reviews and conducting regular routine inspections.

Managed a portfolio of 150 - 160 properties from beginning to end in which I run my own maintenance, arrears, property inspections & reports, negotiated tenancies, rent reviews, process tenancy applications, conducted open for inspection and all trust accounting. Liaise with clients and client representatives, invoicing and journals. Experience with the Console operating system. I also sought my own training to update my skills within the industry. Grew a large client data base to help increase my portfolio and grow organically.

Conducted area and competitive research, including analysis of demographic data and competitor marketing, rent pricing, services and amenities offered. I Initiated contact with local advertising representatives, preparing the new development marketing campaigns, as well asplan marketing events to entice future Landlords, and increase rent roll organically, including Meet and Greet events through the Local Community. Assisted PIM in leasing the property, including applicant approval/rejection, assisting prospects, development of property marketing, inspection of vacant property and supervision of leasing staff. List, Prospect & Appraisals of potential clients homes.

Our school is designed for children aged from 2 years to 13+, teaching children about healthy eating and nutrition, whilst offering funfilled, hands on cooking classes for those budding junior masterchefs. Ferntree Little Chefs offer private or group lesson at your home or organisation, or weekly classes (Cairns area only). I have grown and developed the business in Queensland and now have a team of professionals running it for me. We also had large contracts with Queensland Education, British Petroleum and local daycare centers. We also arranged and facilitated one of FNQ largest children's events "The Healthy Children's Expo"
