I led the Sony Music College Marketing Department with over 50+ nation wide college reps and internal support staff. The department covers priority Alternative and Developing Artists within Sony Music Labels: Columbia Records, RCA, Epic, Jive and several Independent labels.• Recruited, hired, trained, managed and motivated a rotating staff of over 50 paid college marketing representatives and five internal staff who were responsible for coverage throughout the country and over 300 colleges.
