We geven training over omstanderinterventie en over anti-racisme. Het doel van de training is dat deelnemers leren hoe ze veilig kunnen ingrijpen als ze getuige zijn van grensoverschrijdend gedrag en straatintimidatie.

Begeleider en instructeur bij buitensport activiteiten voor groepen jongeren. We draaien kampen met als doel het bevorderen van samenwerking. Ook zorgen we dat jongeren succesmomenten beleven en hun grenzen verleggen. Ik heb een focus op de activiteiten klimmen, kaart en kompas lezen en teambuilding spellen. We werken vanuit verschillende methoden. Sinds Nov 2023 algemeen bestuurslid en penningmeester.

We geven LHBTI+ gastlessen op basisscholen, middelbare scholen en MBO's. We staan voor klassen van diverse leeftijden en niveau's (ook speciaalonderwijs). Het doel is om te zorgen voor meer zichtbaarheid en acceptatie van LHBTI+-ers. De lessen zijn interactief en het gesprek met de leerlingen staat centraal. Afhankelijk van hun vragen geven we de les vorm. Ik verzorg trainingen rondom teambuilding, trainingsvaardigheden, gespreksvaardigheden en embodiment. Ik geef workshops in improvisatie theater, creatief schrijven, erotisch schrijven, samenwerking en conflict, en LHBTI+ sensitiviteit. Ik werk met/vanuit verschillende theoretische modellen. Daarnaast heb ik ook ervaring als coach, in persoonlijke ontwikkeling, waarbij ik werk met systemische tools en vanuit positieve psychologie.

Writing articles and blogs on taboo topics of the body and sexuality. In this way I aim to make people aware of our cultural barriers and social expectations that may limit us to express ourselves. I show alternative ways to the mainstream way-of-doing, in this way I hope to inspire and empower people.

One Future Play verbindt educatie met duurzaamheidsambities van bedrijven, door middel van een serious game. We maken spellen over circulaire economie, SDG's en duurzame ontwikkeling. We doen onderzoek binnen diverse sectoren, zoals architectuur, de bouw, het spoor en energie.Ik onderzoek de bedrijfscultuur van een klant, door middel van veldwerk en diepte interviews. Op deze manier zorgen we dat de online assessment goed aansluit op de doelgroep (hun behoeften, kennis, taalgebruik). Via de game krijgen de werknemers inzicht in hun competenties en kennis tav duurzaamheid, en krijgen ze handvatten om zelf aan de slag te gaan. We hosten liveplays en gaan het gesprek met de doelgroep aan. Daarnaast doe ik de project management van een paar projecten - ik maak planningen en bewaak deze en schakel tussen de betrokken partijen.

ToekomstBehendig is een online onderwijsgids die weergeeft wat er speelt op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Op basis van interviews schrijf ik over duurzaam onderwijs, om zo inzichtelijk te maken wat er speelt, huidige initiatieven podium te geven en om anderen te inspireren. Ook doe ik de eindredactie over artikelen van collega's en houd ik de social media kanalen bij.

With a diverse team spread over the Netherlands, I worked for the municipality in Bunnik, to make a plan to promote climate adaptation amongst the residents.After this, I started working at Aalto University in Helsinki. During five weeks I researched how sustainability could be integrated into several masters programs and implemented in the learning goals. For this, I have been reading academic papers, reviewing the course content, interviewing professors, talking with students and writing a final report.

DuKo gives sustainable discount to students, on goods, clothes and food. Teaching on high schools and higher educationWith an enthusiast and young team we teach pupils on sustainability. For this I have created lectures on sustainable food and sharing economy. We visit schools weekly for these guestlectures. Besides that we have many brainstorm sessions on how to inspire youngsters. General Coordinator (from June 2016)I hold interviews to form a new team for 2016-2017, I manage the team and I am in charge of the social cohesion. I am responsible for the website, I make sure all information will be easy to find and I write the content. Further I keep the overview of all running projects, write the handbook and set the goals, make the planning and keep an eye on the finances. Besides that I have contact with external parties. I am chair of the meetings and write the minutes. We organised the Future Generations Forum, with 250 attendees. The whole day was interactive with only young people leading the sessions. I did the promotions for this event and held the opening speach. Groentetas is a non-profit student initiative which sells local vegetables and fruits to fellow students.Education has become one of our main goals. Including: what is in the season, where do the vegetables come from, what is sustainable consumption? We strive to create sustainable awareness amongst students and employees. In 2014 I started being the secretary of the Groentetas. My tasks included making and maintaining contact with customers, weekly administration of orders and making minutes.Because of our lack of visibility, I created the position of PR-coordinator. I made a promotion strategy for getting more customers, volunteers and board members. I initiated and implemented promotion campaigns, including events, newsletters, posters, merchandise, photos, video and continuous news updates on our website & Facebook page (from 250 followers to 760). Further I made and maintained contact with study associations and other external parties.For over a year I did both functions. Later I focussed on the Promotion and Publicity and being the chair, for a period I took over the tasks of the secretary. Since there is no manager, I create my own tasks. For this, I reflect constantly, do research and contact external parties for collaborations. It is a creative and innovative process. I keep the overview of all that needs to be done, initiate new ideas and make sure everybody will do their tasks.Results: growth in the amount of orders, many international students as customers, working together with Green Office, selling only local vegetables and fruits; acquisition of a new supplier, many collaborations and organizing the successful Future Food Symposium.

Het duurzame pop-up café op de campus, zo komen mensen via een ongedwongen sfeer in aanraking met de gezellig en lekkere kant van duurzaamheid. I arranged everything related to the kitchen. Including: making a budgetplan, contact with different parties, further I make the menu, I do the catering for meetings, coordinate volunteers. Besides that I worked close together with the team, in this way I also helped others with their tasks.The Daktuin didn't open this year. This was due to the location which cancelled last minute.

Green Office Utrecht is the central hub for all sustainability minded staff and students at Utrecht University. We inform, engage and empower students and staff to take action on various sustainability topics and help the university's transition towards sustainability.As intern marketing and events, I focussed on increasing our visibility and reach. My tasks included designing posters and organising events. As well as starting promotion actions and doing research on useful and sustainable promo gadgets and realize them. I also joined a lot of workshops and meetings, most often about transition and how to make the university more sustainable. Now and then, I also wrote promotion texts for social media. I was also involved in all projects concerning food, e.g. events and external contacts. Finally, I reflected on a regular base - what should we do or change.

Together with Thijs, I started the crowdfund campaign for the Sustainable Education Guide. From primary school to universities, can be viewed what they do on sustainability. The goal is to sustainalize the curriculum, so that all generations are prepared for the world of tomorrow. This campaign was successful. We further conducted qualitative research on what schools think of sustainable education and what they think of the education guide. We used this information to create this online guide. I brainstormed together with the team, to make the guide as user friendly and helpful as possible. Besides these tasks, I also wrote articles and interviews for the website, on sustainable education. I made a content stream for facebook. At the end of my internship I created an editorial guide/strategy, with how to use different platforms and other advice.
