• Completing monthly general ledger reconciliation including journals for accruals, adjustments, etc• Maintenance of fixed asset register and monitor capex spend• Monthly financial reporting to agreed deadlines (reporting on Day 4)• Complete monthly, quarterly and year end reporting in Cognos• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts• Assisting the preparation of yearly budget• Preparation and lodgment of GST, PAYG and assisting tax accountants for FBT and Income tax• Assisting external auditors on year end audits and supporting for statutory accounts preparation• Management of expense claims using SAP Concur expense management tool• Managing supplier payment and provide support for accounts payable team• Liaise with transaction processing team – A/R, purchasing and payroll• Ensure financial practices are alliance with company policy and statutory requirements

• Assist with preparing and lodging quarterly BAS returns within required time.• Process receivables and payables accurately within expected time period.• Perform regularly bank and credit reconciliations, checking all time and attendance transactions.• Check various details about refund claim such as approval and conditions of refund, and process refund claim.• Assist in preparation of monthly profit and loss and preparing budget.• Process fortnightly payroll, maintain documentation on employee personnel• Provide administration support and assist daily operations with perform ad-hoc duties.

• Communicate with project managers to confirm expenses occurred.• Process bulk expense data with Excel V LOOKUP and PivotTable functions and upload billing information into the ERP billing system.• Participate in department meetings and take minutes for representation to team leader.• Assist with ad hoc administration tasks.
