Guest Experience Safety Ambassador
CurrentAn Enterprise Center Safety Ambassador is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests at the venue by actively patrolling the premises, identifying potential hazards, responding to incidents, providing assistance to patrons, and enforcing facility policies, all while fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for event attendees. Reporting: Document incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns through detailed reports to security team. Customer Service:Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, actively engage with guests to provide a friendly and helpful experience. Crowd Control:Manage crowd flow, direct traffic, and enforce queuing procedures to maintain order and safety during high-traffic periods.
