He has more than 15 years of work experience in Nepal, specifically in areas such as disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, food security, biodiversity conservation, natural resource management, good governance, and alternative livelihoods. He has proven abilities to work in high-pressure in demanding environments delivering high quality results according to deadlines and management expectations.
