•Involved and successfully completed Restack Project (Spectrum Clearance) one of the most innovative and challenging projects broadcasting Industry. Broadcast Australia as a programme manager coordinated and managed the spectrum clearance (restack) works for all national and commercial television services to clear the 700 MHz band spectrum for the Government’s Digital Dividend auction.•Participated in the Planned Outage process for all the RF related task from a technical perspective, liaising with Maintenance Engineers, field Supervisors and Project Managers to enable management and implementation of outages to ensure least impact to customer services and applications.•Developed programs procedures, work instructions and standards in accordance to Broadcast Australia methodology such as Technical Maintenance Plans, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective maintenance procedure as well as involved in various test commissioning report acceptance program with the customers.•Worked closely with ACMA providing input to spectrum planning , Interference assessment and updating licence area plan for FM/ DTV mostly during restacking of digital services project.•Interference investigation for FM/DTV within VHF/UHF band. Interference investigation includes Co-channel, adjacent channel, Tropospheric propagation (ducting) Investigation. Inter-modulation Interference investigation .• Conducted various EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) check for DTV, FM and LTE proposals to check the blocking and spurious levels for Site/Facility sharing.• Involved and expertise in Link budget, coverage planning, model tuning in VHF/UHF bands for Comms and Broadcast networks.• Created and worked on Satellite Link budgets for DTV and FM services mainly using Optus D1 & D2 Satellites.• Expert user of mapinfo GIS, various propagation and coverage planning tools , antenna modelling tools.• Carried out a comprehensive study of ITU Recommendations.
