• Preparation of master schedule for the implementation of the project comprising various components• Preparation of reports pertaining to project planning including time-phased cash flow charts and productivity reports• Monitoring and tracking of the overall progress of the project and preparing Project progress reports• Holding project implementation monitoring meetings• Preparing what-if analysis schedules and various scenarios reports• Checking and recommending monthly invoices of consultant and various contractors• Preparation of technical specifications and various bidding documents• Participate in procurement of consultant and contractors• Construction supervision and contractual management of various contracts for the company• Prepare cost estimates for various components of the project including preparing quantity estimates, rate analysis and cost estimate reports

• Integrate schedules from different departments and subcontractors and create a master program schedule using Primavera Project Management software• Monitoring project accomplishment and preparation of weekly and monthly project status reports• Preparation of quantity take-offs, monthly progress payment statements and co-ordinate with the consultant and the client during the disbursement process• Preparation of Variation (Change) Orders and monitoring & management of variation orders and their subsequent effect on the total project cost and time• Preforming and assisting in contractual management for the project• Preparation of claim documents like extension of time claims, prolongation claims and cost estimates for these claims
