Undertook campaign of 4 Assembly Constituencies namely Jalangi, Raninagar, Hariharpara, Bhagwangola of West Bengal in 2021 election for AITC. Did coordination with NGOs and other stakeholders for campaign. Facilitated running volunteer module on basic income scheme of Government of West Bengal. Did liaising and dispute resolution with leaders these constituencies. Helped in identification development projects and implementation of the same before model code of conduct kicked in. Gave field input on the identification of suitable candidate for election for the party.

Ashoknagar Madhya Pradesh, India

Undertook Research Projects, assigned by Chief Minister’s office (CMO), for the Flagship Schemes of Government of Madhya Pradesh and give feedback. Work closely with District Collector (DC) of Ashok Nagar district and other top officers of the district on development projects and coordinate between various departments of the district pertaining to research work assigned from CMO. Worked on primary health, primary education, handicrafts, rural transport, and budget of MP. As part of the responsibilities, very often visit education institutes, health centres, Government offices, and villages. Give feedback to both the District Collector and Chief Minister’s Office on ongoing projects. Worked with the SHGs of the district to evaluate the health of financial inclusion undertaken by them. Worked closely with MPSRLM for the evaluation of SHGs and VOs of the state.

Bangalore Karnataka, India

Worked on Talasamudaya Project (Marginalized Communities) of Karnataka at Talasamudaya Adhayana Kendra of National Law School of India University, Bangalore and have undertaken 8 community based research projects based out in Karnataka. Primary role was to understand various stakeholders and analyze socio-economic data based on empirical research backed by secondary data and come up with policy documents. Used social Accounting Matrix (SAM) to prepare a comprehensive report on Sub-Plans of Karnataka Government on Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes and used EXCEL as a tool to analyse the data. Also worked as a Teaching Assistant and help in the course work on the course ‘Group Inequality and Inclusive Policy’.Worked on the “R&D project Does ‘Shame-Proofing’ Anti-Poverty Program improve their Effectiveness” at CSSEIP, NLSIU. The international project is funded by Oxford University, UK. I worked closely with the head of Vimukti which works on bonded labour issues for the project. I developed of a training module for Self Help Groups (SHGs) of microfinance of Karnataka. Besides India, the ongoing international project is running in China and Africa. Also, worked under renowned economist Prof Abdul Aziz as his assistant on his research on Minorities issues of Karnataka. I did extensive fieldwork and visited an urban slum of the minority community of Bangalore.
