I am looking after Home Improvement and Office Stationary, responsible for Category Development, Sourcing, Negotiation, Team Building and all day to day operations. I am handling both WSR and Market Place, responsible for setting targets and reviewing their achievement on day to day basis.

I am Handling Entertainment, Stationary, Home decoration, Furniture and All seasonal Buying ( Holi, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan and so on).

I have been given additional responsibility of Product Categories i.e. Stationary, Book, Home Decoration and Furniture. I am responsible of Product sourcing, Vendor Management, VM in store. I am responsible from sourcing of product till it sell out of my store.

Here I am looking after Merchandising Nationally for all my upcoming stores of India. I will be looking after both the formats (Hyper and C&C). My role is to finalize all vendor deals nationally, final Product master for all stores and all necessary decision required related to merchandise. Here I am looking after Cat like Bathroom, Toilet, Plastic, Disposable ware, Cleaning aids, Home Arrangement, and other home ware items. Role and Responsibilities as a Cat Merchandiser -I am looking after All Merchandise related deals nationally for my Cat.I am finalizing Product Master for my Stores.I am preparing reports, which are of use of day-to-day basis.I am making frequent visits' to my vendor place to finalize the Merchandise.I am working on Implementation Plan for our upcoming different Retail Formats.I am frequently visiting market and making Business Model for our all upcoming Formats. I have developed 128 sku's in private label for my Category.

Here I was looking after Merchandising, Zonally for West Zone, of Home ware division in which I was handling Melamine, crockery, glassware, plastic, bone china, Steel, Pressure cooker, Cleaning aids, Gift & Novelties, opal ware and porcelain. At that time I had 15 Hypers' under me. I was taking all decisions related to merchandise in my stores.; I am looking after buying for all the stores of West from here and I was responsible for all replenishment related issues.I was looking after all new merchandise introductions in my stores.I was finalizing Product master for all my stores.
