CurrentResponsibilities include but not limited to.SALES .. driving profitable sales, recruiting training and development dept heads and assistant managers, set yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily and hourly goals by categories and departments and ensure they are achieved, ensuring the visual standards met the company expectations, ensured that the weekly flyer was executed 100%, competition checks and shops.OPERATIONS .. payroll planning and control, loss prevention, inventory control, expense control, logistics, restaurant, catalogue shop, gift registry, home improvement, maintenance, contractors, license businesses and customer experience to both internal as well as external customers, active health and safety program in place.As the manager I was directly accountable for the sales and operation of big ticket business and cosmatics business for the store.
