A science and Law Graduate from Campus Law Centre, the University of Delhi, registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has been in the legal profession for almost two decades and has handled both Criminal and Civil cases including Corporate Fraud, Commercial disputes having cross border jurisdiction, extradition cases, white collar crime, etc. He has handled cases relating to Recoveries by Financial Institution/NBFC under the SARFESI Act & DRT Act, cases relating to the Consumer Protection Act, Insurance Act, Medical Negligence and Arbitration. He regularly appears before the different High Courts, Tribunals, Commissions and Supreme Court of India. He has been awarded as Litigation Counsel of the year 2018 (Dispute Resolution) by INBA. He is regularly advising clients to defend themselves before Regulatory Authorities including, ED, SFIO, FI, EOW, IRDA, and RBI.
