Duration: Apr’ 2007 till Aug’ 2008 Responsibilities: As PMO lead for one of the largest Pharma account, was accountable for Account growth planning, PMO Vendor Mgmnt, Billing & Invoicing, Audits & Compliance, Process Standardization and Communication. Streamlining/harmonizing of the processes/practices on billing/invoicing/reporting/on-boarding etc. was the main focus of the PMO team. Worked as project manager for “GEIH MAINT – support and maintenance project for GE Life” from offshore and as a business analyst at onsite (UK), Project planning execution, SLA/KPI management, application maintenance and support, Performance tuning, requirement gathering, UAT coordination. GE Life, a subsidiary of GE Capital Services Inc., is a diversified financial services company in UK. The financial products of GE Life includes Purchase life annuity, Home Income Plan Plus, Compulsory Purchase Annuity, Impaired Life Annuity etc. The project scope covers maintenance/support and enhancement, of a set of different GE Life applications
