1) Managed Fiber Operations of almost 10000kms of RCOM Fiber, and approximately 9000kms of Vodafone Fiber in Kolkata West Bengal Circles 2) Supervised Telecom Circles for Punjab & HP also acted as Hub CTO for the upper north Hub of PB, HP, Haryana, and J&K from May’12 to Oct’12 3) Engaged in administrating network planning, fiber project implementation and operations for the circle; managed almost 7000kms fiber in Punjab, 1800kms of HP and almost 11000 Kms of fiber in Gujarat 4) Managed circle wireless network operations and maintenance of BTS and MCNs network utility involving 6 MCNs, 8 MANs and 2325 BTS sites including complete Delhi NCR Fiber network 5) Interacted with IPCOLO service providers for Reliance BTSs NWA; supervised the operation and maintenance of ILT switching, RDN, and Adjunct network 6) Collaborated with vendors and outsourced companies such as ALUMS, engaged in technical maintenance of 2G and 3G network, reviewed & monitored different KPIs and SLAs for increasing network availability 7) Maintained whole transport SDH, PDH and Microwave Network; interacted with business team to understand the requirement and compliance to improve customer satisfaction and reduced churn in the competitive scenario 8) Headed POI planning & inter connectivity, TRAI regulation with MTNL /BSNL and other operators in different circles; coordinated with MTNL, BHARTI- AIRTEL, IDEA for POI commissioning 9) Headed transmission planning for city network for BTS 10) Planned and implemented transmission, fiber access technology based DLC, SDH and CISCO 11) Accessed network planning and implementation on wireless media such as LMDS, UBR, WiMAX 12) Led teams for service delivery and assured Retail & FWT/P customers and enterprise customers with committed SLA and MTTR.
