Worked in Lean Management Activities.10. Quality Control and Maintenance skills.11. Knowledge of ISO (9001:2015), CE, UL, IEC standard, certification, audits & documentation.12. Knowledge of ERP software.13. Knowledge of MS Office.Job Responsibilities:1. Managing & Assigning work in a group.2. Inspection and testing of electrical panel used to control machinery, equipment or systemfulfilling Customer requirements.3. Inward inspection of material.4. Panel wise QAP generation.5. Maintaining record of documents from panel enquiry to dispatch.6. Maintaining record of Calibrated Measuring / Testing Equipment’s.7. Electrical system design according to CE, UL, CSA compliance.8. BOM creation in ERP.9. Panel documentation as per CE, UL, CSA compliance.10. Why why analysis & CAPA report generation for customer complaint.11. Troubleshooting of MCC, PLC, PCC & Pneumatic panel, motor starter, drives, Temperatureand Pressure controller.12. PLC IO testing for Allen Bradley & Siemens using Studio 5000 & TIA Portal 15.1.Have experience of testing for Rockwell 1769- L33ER, L33ERM, 5069-L350ERM &Siemens PLC S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500.13. Interaction with customer regarding product requirement, design modification. Based onfeedback from customer, implement & improvement for better quality.14. Programming of ABB, Danfoss, Siemens, Power flex, Schneider drives and thoroughknowledge of hard wiring, communication protocols for the same.
