Niraj is managing a cross-functional teams of 41 people on delivery and maintenance projects. She is currently working on a dual role of Project Manager and Scrum Master, managing scrum ceremonies, day-to-day client interactions and project monitoring & control. Her primary goal is to achieve PI objectives, process adherence, to continuously drive innovation and to sustain learning environment.

Niraj worked on testing the Cognos Query Studio's and Cognos Connection's report using MS-SQL Queries using the Test Scripts developed by her. She was also responsible to verify data from source to target. ETL testing of source to target was her responsibility. She was also responsible for proper documentation and follow up for the issues.
