Urban Sketchers is a global community of sketchers. Delhi chapter has been sketching every Sunday and has done over 300 meets and 6 group shows. Niraj sketches with Delhi and New York City chapters. He won 2nd prize at Winsor & Newton Sketching Challenge at Urban Sketchers' global symposium in Amsterdam (2019). His three best seller books in the series "Anyone can Sketch" are available on Amazon.

Founded and guided a virtual academy with support of major telecom associations to fill the void of classroom state-of-the-art telecom training in the fast growth of initial years of the sector. ATM provided training to almost all major players: Airtel, Tatas, Reliance, ICICI, BSNL, PowerGrid, RailTel, etc. Wrote the MBA textbook "Business of Telecom" with a foreword by Mr. Sam Pitroda making to the headlines of The Economic Times.

Expanded to business from one carrier connect to most significant telecom players in the region, becoming their key strategic partner.

FLAG - Fiber Link Around the Globe. Major initiator and contributor to submarine cable bandwidth business and policy - the backbone of India's leadership in the IT segment. Represented in Digital Divide Task Force, World Economic Forum. Spoke and wrote extensively on bandwidth and digital divide issues. Took Star TV Q&A after President Bill Clinton's address in India on digital divide. FLAG Chairman Mr. Andres Bande launched author's book "Business of Telecom."

As the first Indian Marketing Head, helped to conceive and implement company's marketing strategy for the opening Indian market for its various product divisions leading to major business wins in both Government and private sectors.
