• Group therapy session with resident suffering from dementia, stroke, Alzheimer's (focusing on orientation, attention, cognition & memory)• Performing ambulation, transfers, lifts, assistive aids• Teaching dressing, feeding & ADLs• Reporting to OT, RN in charge & other team professionals • Time management and Punctuality

• Attending client with supervision of PT of stroke, respiratory conditions, ABI• Group exercise session (Class for stroke, Class for Parkinson’s, Class for CP)• Various exercises regimes of eccentric Exs, Proprioceptive training, Gait-balance training• Updating SOAP notes in software- electronically • Maintaining barrier-free/ hazard-free environment

• Managing patient log register • Attending post-surgical rehabilitation program, OPD patients, ambulation, and gait training • Attending Neuro clients with SCI, TBI • One-on-one treatment session• Assessing and delivering goal-oriented treatment sessions
