Conduct training classes and sessions as needed; develop learning plans as requiredCulturally integrate new employees into the departmentSupport new employees with all system needs (if necessary) on or before their first day of employment to ensure a smooth integrationAssess training effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on employee skillsSeek feedback on training effectiveness for new hire and self assessmentsDesign and prepare educational aids and materials for all teams within the departmentMaintain updated learning documents and training recordsProvide continuous support to new hires through regular check-insServe as a resource to Department Managers when an employee’s performance is below standardsExecute additional training as determined by the Department Manager, Training Manager, Team Lead, or Sr. TrainerPartner with the Training Manager to implement compliance training in accordance with our policies and proceduresPartner with the Department Manager to provide on-brand communication and learning modules to all teams within the departmentPerform other duties as assigned.
