Responsible for Level - 1 Troubleshooting of Cisco Devices for delivering uninterrupted service tothe clients on data network• Management of customer networks and providing a rapid response to customer raisedincidents and problems.• Monitoring and Management of the network at various remote locations using thenetwork monitoring tool SolarWinds.• Performing few configuration changes as per standard change process.• Perform analysis and diagnosis on complex networking problems, identify issues, andresolve faults.• Responsible for basic troubleshooting of Cisco routers to isolate the trouble and takeappropriate action to resolve.• Involved in high utilization of network using IP Accounting• Provides supports to the clients for delivering uninterrupted services.• Working with different Vendors and onsite Field Engineers to troubleshoot issues.• Raise Tickets with Service providers, Peers and Internet Exchanges to ensure efficientoperation of IP network.• Communicate with other Network Operation Centre’s and escalate where necessary bothinternally and externally in order to meet SLAs.• Handle escalations and be a focal point to all IP service related queries.• Maintain proper documentation, case history in service tickets• Ensure timely follow up with customers via e-mails and phone call
