WORK RESPONSIBILITIES & KNOWLEDGE:1. Calculation of heat loads. 2. Preparation of BOQ for every project.3. Designing of VRV/NON VRV system according to site condition.4. Calculation of pipe sizing for AHU and VRV system.5. Duct size calculation, bill of material for duct network. 6. Ducting and Commissioning of AHU and FCU. Air balancing for AHU, FCU and exhaust. 7. Site inspection and building survey.8. Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met.9. Monitor project and proper execution. 10. Preparing work schedule, conducting site visits and meetings, coordinating overall work making sure that the work is going as per the schedule. 11. Attending pressure tests and final checking of joints and assembly for leakage and approve the testing. Also ensure safety standards in all works. 12. Inspection to ensure the complaints with standards and specification for approved drawing.
