SME for media entertainmentSuccessfully worked with various teams of Tech Mahindra product development teams in presales role.Completed solutioning part and worked as Subject matter Expert for different projects.1) IBC Remote Cloud Production workflow.Tech -M with decided to display its capabilities about their remote production. my responsibility was entire production in Delhi as technical lead. We organized four days to live production with two professional cameras and sports anchors conducting live commentary on a stream provided by London studio. Final output was streamed back to IBC tech-M and Microsoft booth. 2) Media PrimaThis is a media giant in Malaysia who owns nearly news channels and other entertainmentchannels. They approached tech Mahindra as a technology partner for their MAM and digital transformation. I was involved in the project as media entertainment SME for this presales & solution design. we completed the solution with the different products .They have accepted all our suggestions. I was involved in the project from day one to understand every line of RFP provided and look for the right partners and OEMs as a Media SME tech-M to explain exact requirements of customers to all OEMs.We were successful to adhere to every deadline kept by customer to provide workflow diagrams, solution documents, commercial proposals, technical proposal.3) National Film Archive of IndiaThe second project I was simultaneously involved as presales SME media entertainment. This was complicated project of government of India with a tender selection process. As a media entertainment SME. This was a really testing experience to devise a solution for 247page long RFP and every page explaining a mandate which may require to involve different teams like INFRA, implementations, analytics, migration, software development, cloud computing, security, network, delivery, tools and so on and so forth. I got an experience here newly to work on a hybrid kind of requirement.

TECH OPS IT: Successfully completed Entire implementation of Avid and Viz implementation for REPUBLIC news channel. Task assigned was designing of entire house network, IP schema Network cabling infrastructures for Avid servers, Viz servers, Core and access switches according to certified configuration from vendor and according customer requirements. Completed successfully with the help of my team in record time. Our team was also responsible for implementing the same. Core team member comprising of Avid international team to understand exact requirement of customer and explaining same to Networking vendor to design the networking details. I collaborated with the team in reseller It lead capacity who helped customer defining specific workflow according to their need for News channel and customizing it with Avid’s Workflow consultant team. Responsible for handling principle escalation matrix and managing All the ticket base escalations during the project. Successfully completed three projects after the republic Mumbai. Completed my responsibility as project IT lead in 10 TV Hyderabad a very tricky project where we had to use resources from an existing channel and complete the New site step by step and execute a transition from one channel to another without a glitch. REPUBLIC TV DELHI Hindi a green field project again where we implemented entire environment on a in premise VM ware environment successfully. This is one of the first project in India where entire VM infrastructure was used to provide functionality to a live NEWS channel environment .REPUBLIC TV BANGLA Bengali a green field project again where we implemented entire environment. This is one completed in 40 days. The setup was executed in arrangements where rental model was used till delayed shipments arrived on site. New equipment was replaced step by step without any down time in 24/7 operations. We completed the project successfully.
