With competencies honed through a certification in Managing Human Resources and a foundational Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, I contribute to creating strategic HR solutions that are empathetic and data-driven. Fluent in Tamil and English, I bridge communication gaps and foster a culturally competent workplace.
