Additionally, I counsel patients about admission and the hospital's culture, policies, and their rights and responsibilities, initiate discharge processes, and maintain trackers for better patient experience. I accompany insured, PSU, corporate and PMJAY patients for approvals, registration process, billing, and deposits required. I also resolve patient queries and explain detailed bills in case of any queries. Other responsibilities include preparing estimate packages for surgical patients, coordinating departmental stock from the store or pharmacy and raising "purchase requisition" if required. I coordinate with the IT, BME, engineering, and maintenance teams for any loopholes found during floor or room rounds through generating IT tickets for ASAP resolution.
