 Installation and Service of Electronic and IT systems on TTC(Toronto Transit Commission) Premises and Laboratory. Configuring Routers (DIGI), switches, Routing Cables( Cat5 and Coxial), Power Cables for Install and service following CSA norms. Software upgrades, windows upgrades, network up linking and backend support( MOBI, FareGO) as and when required on Phone or in person as required. Provide First line maintenance and Second Line maintenance service of TTC Fare Collection Equipments such as AVM (Added Value Machine),Turnstiles, SRVM(Single rate Vending Machine),Presto and TTC FareGate, BFTPs and LFTPs on a daily basis.  To perform maintenance on FareGates, SRVMs and BFTPs on TTC premises following client's Safety requirements. Working with CSA and UL code. to Install and maintain Hardware and software on the windows based Industrial PCs. Provide timely and Accurate Service reports and insights to Service team. To contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements and add value by helping other team members. Prepare SRVM / FareGate/ AVM/ FMVD for Commissioning and QA testing by TTC and PRESTO.

Responsibilities • To provide On Call/ Remote Field Service support for troubleshooting Technical faults and System restoration for DMS/ VMS systems.• Responsible of Coordinating between different departments such as QA, Electrical assembly and Testing for Project completion.• Analyzed Operational & functional requirements and designed the inspection and test scenarios of Electronic and Communication systems for Prototype Testing using PED documents.• Training Client's technical team in understanding the Functionality and System Operation as required.• To Install, QA testing, troubleshoot and Service, the video and telecommunications equipments, System Software/ Hardware, IT networks, using latest technologies of the industry in Factory and On Client's Site.• Calibrated and Tested Electronic driver cards, Controlling Software, Custom Electronic controllers, Communication ports, Electronic sensors, Power supplies, IT Hardware/ Software, Fiber optic Networks, System Wiring, Electrical wiring from Unit Testing to Final System Integration Testing.
