Interacted & successfully solved Issues & Queries of the Clients as well as Back office Executives. • Participation in Daily Morning Call.• Tracking & Updating of Excel files for Specific Client’s Portfolios. & Preparation of MIS Statements of Client’s Portfolio.• Seeking limits for the trades / Strategy in Derivatives (F&O) also giving Ad-hoc daily limit and monitoring client M2M. • Rolling over positions for the month end, getting confirmation of executed trades from brokers and intimating clients on the same.

Company engaged in advisory services to corporate clients (Family office concept).• Advising clients on periodical basis for the strategy of asset allocation in Mutual Funds (SIP, Debt, and Liquid), Insurance, and Direct Equity Investments route through PMS also Derivative strategy.• Evaluation & thorough study for Pvt. Equity proposals.• Evaluation & thorough study on companies came for the round investments through Mumbai Angel.• Advising & training client’s staff for setting up family Investment office.• Seeking limits for the trades / Strategy in Derivatives (F&O).• Monitoring stock movements and ordering as well as execution of trades as per the strategy described on the basis of price behaviour, on behalf of clients within the price range provided.• Rolling over positions for the month end, getting confirmation of executed trades from brokers and intimating clients on the same.• Preparation of MIS for monthly returns arisen across all the asset class.

Responsibilities: Handling team of six members, who are directly responsible for following activities to be performed on daily, weekly, bi-Monthly, Monthly & Quarterly basis.• Ensuring team Provides Cash Management Reports on Daily basis before market hours (expected deadline were 8.15 A.M.) Ensuring team provides Saleable (Custody as well as Accounting) to Investment Managers (by getting confirmation through Global / Sub-Custodians) turn-around time was set as 20-22 Minutes as per SLA.• Ensuring timely request as per custodian deadline is been sent for the Subscription for the participation in IPO / FPO / QIP and placing bids (Via MT Format) to various Global as well as Sub (Local) Custodians on behalf of MSIM Investment Managers.• Ensuring team Requests FX Department (via MT format) to do an FX for the various Funds of Funds as per the actual requirements (USD to INR, EUR to INR, GBP to INR) on the basis of Subscription / Redemption / Requirements for the funds to pay-outs and other dividend disbursement requirements, Legal requirements also to meet the Bare fix minimum cash requirements.• Ensuring Team research on Fails / Unmatched reports and co-ordinates with Brokers as well as Global and Sub (Local) Custodian in order to get them settled in the markets and finding the reasons facts and measures to settle the Trades during the deadline set for the particular market (T+1, T+2 or may be same day settlements). • Ensuring team Provides various reports to Fund Account for the calculation of NAV (Net Asset Value) • Ensuring Team sends sign-offs to Fund Accountants, after Updating Manual Pricing in the systems for those of the security wherein Corporate Action is taking place such as Rights / Delisting / Relisting / QIP / Lock In periods etc.• Ensuring SLA signed with clients as to meet on regular basis.• Conducting Daily / Weekly, Bi-Weekly Conference Call with Investment Managers for getting Feedback / Review, understanding of the expectation and demands.

• Providing daily market updates to client and assisting in trades.• Executing Trade on behalf of Clients on Trading Platforms of India Bulls.• Providing Trades Confirmation via recording lines.• Providing ledger balances on daily basis. & Following up for the margin short falls in their accounts.• Development of new client in terms of retails as well as HNI.• Following up with account opening department for the smooth and fast functioning of new account status.
