Manager - Shift Field Engineer
Current• Involved in Root Cause Analysis with cross-functional teams in order to gain a thorough understanding of the problem and solve it through analysis. All incident-related learning would be implemented.• Responsibility as a shift-in-charge of ASU, Flare & Methanol Tank farm by managing rotating teams of 3 panel operator and 3 field operators.• Exposure to inventory and material management for the plant using SAP-ERP.• Expertise in multiple roles as member of JHA, PSSR, PHA, MOC management and Plant Safety Representative.• Engaged in the successful commissioning of a liquid medical oxygen-grade loading station with a capacity of 1000MT per day during COVID 19. Capable of meeting 11% of India's oxygen demand in order to combat COVID 19.• Liaise with plant managers, subject matter experts, contract workers, suppliers, and all other important stakeholders to establish and oversee field safety policies and processes by following control of Work Procedure & HSEF procedures.• Make or suggest improvements to a process or plant's computerized control system using in-depth awareness programmable logic (DCS&PLC). Changes are communicated through a structured Change Request Process, and the process of progressive change is managed.• Revision of Standard operating procedures by reviewing, editing, maintaining, prioritizing and circulating quality formal business requirements documents, functional specifications to the team.• Material Handling of the plant by ordering complete correct material specifications, conveyed to procurement, and other sourcing functions.• Identify opportunities to profit improvement and design that encourage effective utilization to create a quality product across the complex and support the organization strategic goals.
