IX• Review and Interpretation of radiography films (RT)• Witness of Non Destructive Test (UT, MT & PT)• Witnessing of Hydro test • Witnessing all Mechanical Testing such as Tensile Test, Bend Test, Impact Test, Flattening Test, DWTT, Macro, Micro, Hardness Test, Ferrite Determination, Corrosion Test, SSC, HIC test.• Review & Verification of Raw materials of Products.• Inspection of pipes in abrasive lasting stages – Humidity, Temperature, Dew Point, Cleanliness, Dustiness, Roughness, Chloride Test.• Inspection of pipes & coating material in process – Pre-coating Temperature of Pipes, Temperature of Adhesive, PE. • Online inspection of testing of coated pipes – overall thickness and holiday test of coated pipes.• Off line inspection of test samples of coated pipes – indentation, peel test, % elongation at break, cathodic disbondment, residual magnetism, repaired pipes.• Visual & Dimensional inspection of Products.• Product marking verification• Review of Test Certificate of products• Expediting of various project items at supplier’s place

• Responsible for all over inspection as per QAP from Raw material to dispatch, safety, Improvement in process and quality.• Inspection of Carbon steel (Welded) line pipes, UPVC Pipes and pipe fittings & Stainless Steel (Seamless & Welded) Line Pipes, Casing and Tubing.• Painting, Tape coating and CML (Cement Mortar Lining) Coating Inspection, 3LPE Coating Inspection.• Witness / Review of welding procedure and welder qualification record.• Witness destructive test of materials (Tensile, Band, Impact & Hardness Test)• Witnessing of Hydro test • Witness of nondestructive test (UT, MPT, DT)• Review and interpretation of radiographic films (RT).• Pre shipment inspection of line pipes.

• Carrying out data analysis, documentation and day to day Co- ordination and follow up with client and manufacturer.• On-site inspection like: Trenching, Grading, Pipe laying, hydro test.• Review of inspection & test Records.• Identification and traceability of materials/equipments.

• Inspection of GRP, FRP Pipes & pipe fittings.• Review of Heat treatment charts.• Witnessing PMI Test.• On-site inspection like: Trenching, Grading, Pipe laying, hydro test.• Attestation & Identification of raw materials as per client specification.

• Hand on experience of visual testing & dimension at final Inspection stage.• Overall coordination with client/TPIA during regular production at final stage.
