In my role as an HRBP in the OM&SH site, I was responsible for 5 Plants and 2 Tech-Support functions, with a total manpower of around 600+ employees at any given point in time.In this role, I get the opportunity to handle various stages of the employee life-cycle. When any organization is going through a Merger. HR has a challenging job to be a change agent. I got an opportunity to drive a Project on Attitude towards Organizational Change Post Merger.I got a lot of insights regarding the employee's insecurity and their stress regarding their future and uncertainty.I was pivotal in the role of change agent and we were able to smoothly run the operations post the merger and create an environment of employee bonding and one team.
