As a Sales Manager I head the state in CABR channel. I take care of entire relationship of the CABR (Corporate Agent & Brokers) channel of Jharkhand, having a team of 17 FSM's (Financial Sales Manager) reporting to me. The span of control consists of channel partners like India Infoline, Blue Chip, Bajaj Capital, Netambit etc . having a spread in the entire state.

HDFC bank is our corporate agent and I am given the responsibility to drive business from 4 branches of HDFC bank lacated at Jamshedpur. My job here is to maintain a strong relationship with Branch managers, Customer Relationship Managers, Investment relationship managers, Personal bankers and the Cluster Head of the Bank in orders to generate revenue of the bank by selling Insurance products of HDFC SLIC. I handle relationship with HDFC Bank who is our channel partner. I have to take care of frequent product trainings, sales pitch trainings, product updations and also motivate the bankers in order to increase business. Apart from this, conversion of the logged in cases is also an important part of my job. A certain target is being given to me which is to be achieved by driving the business through bankers. Motivating the entire team to double the figures and also assisting them through joint sales calls to HNIs’ is also my role. After sales service is also my job. I also have to provide all necessary supports required by the bankers in order to increase the business.I am also involved in preparations of various MIS reports and also float the same to the top management. Ensuring maximium customer satisfaction by resolving their queries in the stipulated time given is also my look after.

I was posted in Jamshedpur as NSE Terminal Operator. My job here was to service clients regarding how to invest, where to invest & when to invest in securities. I dealt in Primary as well as secondary market. I entirely looked after the share broking department. I also monitored each & every client's risk & portfolio. I handled about 225 clients giving them up to the mark service. Since I operated online terminal through lease line & ISDN line I also have to look after the connectivity which I myself service frequently to avoid interruption during online work. Ialso look after the networking of the systems involved in my work. Now I have been promoted to the post of NSE incharge of this region so I also look after the franchises of this region. If there is any system problem I rectify it through RAS from my branch itself. I also have to look after the marketing for development of business for my branch as well as for the franchisses. Networking, Virus updations & software installations of updated versions are also my job. Later on I was promoted as an Area Incharge and I had to take care of entire branches of Jamshedpur & Bhubaneshwar. I had to achieve the revenue targets given to me through these branches. I personally managed the portfolios of HNI clients.
