Responsibilities:• Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in with permanent positions.• Experience of end-to-end process of recruitment " Shortlisting, Screening, Scheduling and Interviewing candidates, Reference checks, Negotiating and Fixation of salary, comparing within bands, preparing candidate feedback for approval, Facilitating Approval from General Manager, Maintaining regular communication with candidates till DOJ.• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies• Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing, and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates• Understanding the client’s requirements, coordinating for short listing, and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.• Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews.• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed.• Keeping Track of Responses & Short-listing Profiles
