JOB PROFILE IN COGNIZANT:Recruitment Management:Responsible for the End to End Recruitment Process. Working with vendors who are responsible for full cycle Recruitment process.Prospecting via Internet research, cold calling, headhunting and other resume mining techniques. Sourcing candidates using primarily Boolean search and free/paid job postings, free/paid resume databases, search engines and other advanced Internet research techniques.Experienced in complete recruitment life cycle from prioritizing open positions, sourcing new/existing candidates, matching profile to technical needs, screening for communication skills, co-ordinate technical interviews, make job offers, countering competitive offers, ensuring acceptance, leading candidate through paperwork, maintaining communication at all points from initial contact to start date.Involved in Walk-In Interviews, recruitment drives and job fairs conducted for recruiting people for external clients.Good Experience of Talent search and recruitment processes. Nurtured long-term candidate relationships by following-up with candidates at all stages of the interview process, as well as after they have been successfully placed. Maintaining own database and updating in the centralized database in a Day-to- day manner.Provided upper management with status reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis through the use of spreadsheets.Creative recruitment and sourcing strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified candidates.
