• Responsible for managing the global HR operations and legal compliance. Ensuring the HR Legal statutory and labor compliance globally.• Design and implement the HR strategy, including the creation of policies, procedures and processes to help attract, develop and retain competent and motivated workforce, ensure employee satisfaction and contribute towards achieving the vision • Oversee and drive implementation and smooth maintenance of new projects/strategic HR initiatives in the organization. First point of contact for all employee grievances Responsible for dealing with labor disputes, probation management and supporting the establishment of harmonious labor relations Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures Support employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues• Interact and work closely with the functional heads and employees to ensure that any employee related query/concern/grievance is routed to self or team by scanning, sensing and identifying areas that need intervention; and use it to initiate necessary action plans/ initiatives for improvement. • Work with Legal team on development of contracts, policies and all employment law matters globally.• Coordinate with recruitment and payroll agencies globally.
