• Responsible for managing the global HR operations and legal compliance. Ensuring the HR Legal statutory and labor compliance globally.• Design and implement the HR strategy, including the creation of policies, procedures and processes to help attract, develop and retain competent and motivated workforce, ensure employee satisfaction and contribute towards achieving the vision • Oversee and drive implementation and smooth maintenance of new projects/strategic HR initiatives in the organization.
