• The role involves supporting finance and project management system migrations for new acquisitions, supporting the FP&A team and enhancing the digitalisation of finance data via tools such as Power BI.Responsibilities
• Project manage system implementations ensuring the successful migration of finance and project management systems for new acquisitions
• Lead on digitalisation of management reporting via tools such as Power BI and data models. Scope out requirements from the business and help prioritise business needs working with the wider finance team
• Support the group finance team with monthly board & ExCom reporting, annual budget process, year-end process and any other ad-hoc queries
• Be the business owner for specific Power BI dashboards which involves responding to stakeholders, addressing requested data model changes and owning the data presented
• Engage with IT team to spec and test new developments within the finance system and associated systems / tools

South Africa

• Produce, maintain, and update standard and recurrent regional sales, financial reports, and performance indices. This includes the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of excel based reports and Power BI reports and.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the EMEA Sales and Operational Metrics Power BI dashboards in the EMEA digital reporting site.
• Provide ad hoc sales/financial reports and analyses for BUs, Regional, Commercial and Corporate (Group) management teams.
• Support the business planning process - sales planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, including the corollary analysis of assumptions and key performance indices (KPIs)
• Coordinate the delivery of Group reporting requirements and information gathering requests. Respond to sales, financial and performance queries.
• Ensure compliance with Group Finance policies and guidelines. Advise and assist BUs on accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting.
