Create new security masters (in Aladdin and Murex 3.1), counterparties (Aladdin, Finace, Murex 3.1, and Markit) and agreements (Finace) as needed. Also responsible for all other static data requests (in Aladdin, Finace, and Murex 3.1) such as USD and RoW payment and settlement instructions (Aladdin, Finace, Murex 3.1), Weather/Electric/Agriculture and other commodity future/option creations (Murex 3.1), and portfolio creations/modifications/terminations (Finace and Murex 3.1).- Responsible for the compiling and processing of the electronic security master file, and other ancillary data files. - Analyze and modify un-reviewed security master records to support the trade workflow. - Daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity checks for yields, book value, and amortized value for all AM managed securities. - Manage end-to-end data integrity checks to ensure data quality issues are sufficiently addressed post trade. - Coordination of Portfolio creation process in the Markit tool - This solution also supports the process flow and data flow in a systematic way, allowing all parties involved to view, access, create or change data, according to rules established. - Manage data reconciliation processes and establish frequency of reconciliation. - Data flow process mapping - including trading, operations, finance, and risk. - Understanding controls in place over the flow of data across other units
