The VIP Host is responsible for providing superior guest service. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with guests• Assisting guest with table reservations and special requests• Marketing and promoting pool specific events both on property and in public venues• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining ina professional manner• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis • Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies• Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management

- Increasing revenue by building good will and customer loyalty- Act as an ambassador of the venue, marketing the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base.- Actively markets the venue through available social media outlets.- Aware of the impact individual behavior will have on the venue as a whole, presents oneself as a public relations steward at all times.- Collect customer information for the venue database, while constantly striving to increase the size of personal clientele.- Constantly providing customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each.- Ability to effectively communicate table minimums with potential customers in a positive manor.- Grow revenue by maximizing available space and upholding table minimums at all times.- Welcome and entertain all customers to the venue professionally and courteously, according to the established venue sequence of service.- Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs. Work with the same degree of urgency to assist other team members when the opportunity arises.- Maintain knowledge of the venue floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per venue management’s instruction.- Communicate all relevant information to the service team, putting the service team in the best possible position to execute flawless service.- Work with a high level of professionalism towards all customers, ensuring they will return to Hyde.- Communicate with management, hosts and service staff immediately to rectify any and all customer needs and requests.
