As the General Manager of Operations at Northside Community Service, I bring over a decade of experience in HR and organisational development. Since starting at Northside in 2020, I’ve held roles like Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. I have a Master’s in Management (HR) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology. My diverse experience, including time with the Australian Federal Police and in higher education, gives me a unique perspective on workforce planning and analytics. I’m passionate about driving positive change and supporting community-focused initiatives through effective leadership.
