I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kerala and I am currently working as an AR Caller at Guidehouse, a leading provider of consulting services to the public and commercial sectors. My core competencies include customer support, medical billing, insurance claims, and dispute resolution.In my current role, I call insurance companies on behalf of physicians and carry out further examination on outstanding accounts receivable. I prioritize unpaid claims according to the length and value of the outstanding balance, and transfer it to the patient if there is a lack of insurance coverage. I also make corrections to the claims based on the inputs from the insurance companies and check the relevance of the insurance information provided by the patients. I work with a team of dedicated and professional AR callers who aim to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. I am motivated by the opportunity to help physicians and patients with their billing and insurance issues, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a BCom graduate and a former customer support associate at Allianz.
