 Planning & Rollout on training calendar for the complete Siemens Ltd & other entities of Siemens Ensure timely rollout of Learning events, competency assignments, and reports in LMS Manage external venue/equipment/content providers Responsible for all training logistics arrangement  Generate and communicate L & D BSC and reports to Business Units Share data on utilization, content, delivery methodology and feedback with the learning council on a periodic basis Maintain L&D intranet site Approving Finance Training Certificates online & handling the queries. Hands on experience SAP-L&D module. Was cross trained on the process of Medical Insurance! Manually collated participants for the Training Events. Handled Adhoc Training Requests and making sure the Event runs smooth. Ensured Trainer’s availability on time.
