Design team member under the project " Design, Development, Installation & Commissioning of Fire Suppression Systems for Gaganyaan Spacecraft" under the ISRO-DRDO MoU. The project aims todevelop the nation's first indigenized space-compatible fire suppression systems and deliver it ISRO for their Gaganyaan spacecraft program.Scope: Identification, preliminary design & analysis of various concepts forthe space compatible fire extinguishers and finalization of the most optimumone, Structural Finite Element Analysis of the systems, Interference checkanalysis, preparation of Engineering drawings, preparation of Designdocuments, System specification documents, Raw material specificationdocuments and FMECA documents of the systems. Also prepared the crewtraining manual.- Conducted in-depth research utilizing various techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methods.- Employed expert knowledge to design and deliver appropriate research approaches, adapting existing methods and utilizing new ones.- Produced accurate supporting documentation and materials for research activities, including presentations and reports.- Maintained comprehensive documentation of research activities and findings.- Worked with project stakeholders to understand, define and meet project requirements.- Coordinated staff and resources to meet project goals.- Directed teams in prototyping and testing designs for feasibility, reliability, or safety.

Project: " High Pressure Water Mist Fire Suppression System for NavalShips and Submarines " Scope : - Analysis of twin-fluid and single-fluid Pressure-Swirl Atomizers and various design parameters affecting the performance of the Atomizer.- Characterization of atomizers and conducting fire tests and trials.- Testing & Evaluation of the system by performing thermal studies (Temperature v/s Fire-out time) in 40 m³ chamber using Probe type Thermocouples and Submarine Simulation Chamber.Project: " Magazine Fire Fighting System "Scope :- Analysis of water sprinklers for Magazine Chambers housing Torpedoes.- Data generation and Thermal studies of the system using Probe type, Screw type and Weld type Thermocouples while testing in a test chamber.

- Active participation in managerial decision making, inter-departmental coordination, customer & vendor correspondence and framing company policies.- Active participation in Marketing activities and representing the company at various local and global summits.- Lead the process of introducing and implementing the LEAN MANAGEMENT tools and techniques within various departments of the organization under the guidance and rigorous training from external consultants.

- Product design and reverse engineering . Design, Assembly and functional analysis of the designed components.- Mold design – 2 plate, 3 plate, hot runner, hot sprue, steel molds for thermoplastic products, Cast Iron molds for Zinc and Aluminum pressure die casting.- Mold Flow analysis on AutoDesk Mold flow for determining the behavior of molten plastic inside the mold.- 3‐D mold design and assembly, Mechanical analysis, Fabrication drawings , Bill of Material and CAM using NX design software.- Used CAD software Siemen NX to create models and simulations for use by manufacturing team.- Wrote protocols, qualification documents, test plans and reports.
