Recruited to work as HR implant at client place Aramex India Pvt LTD one of the leading companies in logistics and couriers, handling entire HR operations of client at Pan India Level. Key Responsibilities:• Coordination between Management and Client for Pan India Location• Ensuring delivery of superior client service• Defining the Process with the clients as per the contract agreement• Preparing salary break – up’s and issuing offer letters• Tracking attendances, incentive and contract renewal • Maintaining invoice details including salary, recruitment, marketing • Ensuring timely collection of payments from the clients• Responsible for holding on going discussions with business managers for all smooth running of account• Taking care of compliance part of employees like PF, ESIC• Overall coordinating for manpower, recruitment, and induction• Single Point of Contact for handling queries, escalations and resolving thereof

Recruited to help setup HR Department, guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; handle HR generalist workplace issues.Key Responsibilities:• Provide support to HR Manager and staff• Arrange interview and prepares contract of services of the newly hired employees• Induction• Recruitments• Training & Development• Terminations & Resignations• Ensure activities meet with & integrate with organizational recruitment for quality management, health & safety, legal requirement, environmental policies & general duty of care• Taking care of all the manpower requirements of all the divisions like MEP, IT, TELECOM ETC• Coordinating with manpower supplying agents• Monitor and check all requests for Annual/Sick leave• Monitoring attendance & deduction & Sick leave for the staff• Maintaining personal files of all the employees• Joining reports after leaves• Monthly reports, quarterly reports• Terminations & Resignations• Allowances (Food, Accommodation, Transportation etc)• Annual leave planning• Bank accounts opening for employees• Letters for employees (Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Letters, Employment Certificates etc)• Making employment contracts• Facilitate processing of work permit/visa• Coordinate with the PRO on a daily basis re: rules by the Immigration or Labour department• Organizing documents for PRO for transfer of employment visa• Redundancy Procedures and cancelling of visas • Organizing flight tickets, Health insurance cards, liquor licenses, drivers license etc
