Project name : On-demand Responsibilities:Contacting Oracle customers for patching related activities.Maintains the Internal website where patching related details are stored.Assigning engineers for the Patching activity.Performing quality checks on the client servers on pre-post patching Performing quality checks on engineers patching activitiesAnalyzing and generating pending patching status report of the customers.Monitoring the complete team's performance and generating reports.Co-Ordination for New Projects which comes to Oracle.Coordinating with the Customers for various issues.Generation of various reports.

Project name : LRBD Responsibilities:Installing a new ERP Package for Wills Lifestyle & John Players Warehouses, Distributors and ShowroomsTroubleshooting OS-related issues.Configuring and troubleshooting WAN.Monitoring the complete team's performance and generating reports.Co-ordination for new showrooms & distributors which comes to ITC.Coordinating with the distributors for various issues.Generation of various reports.Responsibilities included installation, configuration & trouble shooting of mail client, antivirus client and standard software.Trouble shooting and configuration of Printers.Maintaining a Support Team with a good Feed Back from the Users.Taking the Data Recovery if the Data is Lost.
